We are expecting......

.... again!

It's almost a year since my last entry entitled "We are expecting" and now 11 months later yet another 4 legs are about to join our rapidly growing family. This time, however, it is not a puppy joining us, this time we are expecting twins! Yes that's right, I am pregnant and in about 7 months (god willing) we will be blessed with two beautiful babies.

..... a puppy!

We have taken a leap and decided to get a Beagle Puppy. We have both always wanted to get a dog (or two) when we start a family, but since the family is taking longer than we hoped, we decided not to wait!

The site is dedicated to all things food and cooking. I will be sharing all my professional secrets, favourite recipes and even throwing in the odd review from time to time. It's still only in it's fledgling state, but will be rapidly expanding over the coming weeks so be sure to bookmark it - or even better subscribe to receive an email when a new recipe or review is added.

New Blog

Since Mark and I both have a terrible track record for keeping our web-site up to date, I have decided to convert the site to a blog format. The idea being that a CMS (Content Management System) is easier to do quick updates on.

We'll see if this makes us better or not! Care to place a bet?

Chef Victoria!

Victoria graduates Culinary School with Honors. Now all I need is a work visa!

Mark came to the ceremony accompanied by our good friends Jay & Melissa. Unfortunately my family were unable to come over for graduation. You'd think they wouldn't be able to resist seeing the hysterical and oh-so-sexy sight of me in full chef whites!

After the ceremony the class and our family/friends all went to a bar near the school and celebrated our success. Afterwhich Mark, Jay, Melissa and myself all went for a late supper at "Artisanal" (and therein lies a whole other story, doesn't there Jay?!)

It was a great way to end and celebrate a great chapter of my life.
